Q: Are you a factory or trading company ?
A: We are manufacturer . We have our own factory .
Q:Can you send us a sample to have a look ?
A:Yes,we can .You just need to pay for the delivery costs. But if you ask a bigger size ,you also need to pay for the mat.If you are not sure and don't want to pay money for samples , please look the video on our website or you an contact me to ask the video .Those are all the true mats in our factory .
Q:Can you customized everything for us ?
A:Yes.As we wrote above ,all the sizes and patterns all can customized .But this need extra money , you can send me your detail requests , I will help you calcuate an exactly price for you.
Q:What is the delivery time ?
A:1)Generally the sample will be sent immediately by the air express in 3-5 days if the goods are in stock .
2)The order you place need to according to your quantity and more customized requests
Q:Why your price is change in a range ?
A:Because our price is denpends on size (width ,length ,thickness),quantity ,patterns,density and other customized requests .I need to know your detailed information and then give you an accurate price.
Q:What is your payment terms?
A:1)30%deposit with 70% before shipment by T/T;
2)Western Union is acceptable for small amount;
3)L/C acceptable for large amount;
4)Paypal,alipay,trade assurance are all ok.
Q:Can you keep privacy of our own designs ?
A:Yes ,we always sign an agreements with our clients to keep the privacy of their own designs.
Q:Will the colors of your mats fade after using ?
A:Not at all.We use the best EVA foam material ,which makes the color not fading.
